I was advised to take MacBook to Apple and check if the battery was leaking. Frustrating.Īny recommendations or links as to how to fix and diagnose this problem would be appreciated. I see there are many postings on the website on this same issue but none of the recommendations to fix have worked for me. It seems that either the IOS updates led up to it or something is wrong with the MAC design. This did not happen during the initial 1.5 years after I bought the Mac. It seems like static and electricity or insulation design issues? I have tried typing with no mouse active or disconnected, also removing the power cable, also wearing knit globes in case my hand's electricity causes static with the aluminum body? tried typing by only carefully touching the keys and gets better but does not avoid the issue from happening sometimes. It used to happen every now and then but it is getting worse and more recurrent.ġ. My cursor jumps backward and types over existing writing or even jumps back and erases sentences already typed. I am using a MacBook Pro with MacOS Sierra 10.13.6.
